The Nest Youth Forum
Your Voice. Your Service. Help Shape Mental Health Support for Young People in Southwark
Who are we?
We are the Youth Forum—a collective of young people from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared mission: to amplify youth voices in the mental health and wellbeing space. Since forming in January 2024, we’ve opened our doors to anyone aged 16–25 who shares our passion for advocating for young people and driving positive change in our communities.
Together, we bring a wide range of perspectives that spark meaningful conversations and inspire real action. Through our work, we aim to empower children and young adults to speak up, be heard, and shape the future of mental health support.’
Our Vision
We envision a future where young people lead the conversation on mental health, creating a world free from stigma. Through empowerment, skill-building, and advocacy, the Youth Forum strives to cultivate a resilient and connected community where every young person feels valued, heard, and supported.
Our Mission
We believe young people should be at the heart of conversations around mental health and wellbeing. That’s why we have created a space where we can speak openly, support one another, and take the lead in shaping the systems designed to serve us.
Through collaboration and creativity, we challenge stigma and push for change that reflects our lived experiences. This is more than a forum — it is a movement, powered by young people, for young people
