    Who are we?

We are the Youth Forum—a collective of young people from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared mission: to amplify youth voices in the mental health and wellbeing space. Since forming in January 2024, we’ve opened our doors to anyone aged 16–25 who shares our passion for advocating for young people and driving positive change in our communities.

Together, we bring a wide range of perspectives that spark meaningful conversations and inspire real action. Through our work, we aim to empower children and young adults to speak up, be heard, and shape the future of mental health support.’

    Our Vision

We envision a future where young people lead the conversation on mental health, creating a world free from stigma. Through empowerment, skill-building, and advocacy, the Youth Forum strives to cultivate a resilient and connected community where every young person feels valued, heard, and supported.

    Our Mission

The Youth Forum empowers young people by fostering a safe, inclusive space where they can openly discuss mental health, develop skills, and drive meaningful change. Through youth-led initiatives, decision-making opportunities, and community-driven projects, we aim to reduce stigma, enhance well-being, and amplify youth voices in shaping mental health services.
